In this role, you will be the final line of defense, ensuring that our electronic components, PCBs, and mechanical assemblies meet the highest industry standards before they reach our clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections on electronic components, PCBs, PCA, and cable assemblies.
- Conduct physical inspections of mechanical parts to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Utilize precision measurement tools to verify dimensions and technical tolerances.
- Accurately document all inspection results and maintain detailed logs in the ERP/Data system.
- Identify, isolate, and report non-conforming materials to the production team immediately.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to minimize defect rates.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of IPC standards and electronic component identification.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically in data entry and MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
