Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform precise measurements and testing using standard QC tools and equipment.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or defects found during the inspection process.
- Maintain accurate and organized inspection logs and quality reports for production tracking.
- Collaborate with production line staff to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Assist in the root cause analysis of product failures to prevent future occurrences.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Proven experience in a Quality Control or production environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies in products.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment if required.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
