About the Role: Multi Mould Industries Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer in the moulding industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our team in Batu Gajah, Perak. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards, directly reducing customer complaints and enhancing our reputation for quality.
In this position, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive inspection plans across all stages of production – from incoming raw materials to in-process and final inspections. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will help us maintain consistency and excellence in every product we deliver.
You will collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions. Your contributions will be vital in driving our quality objectives and exceeding customer expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and components to ensure they meet specifications.
- Conduct in-process inspections during manufacturing to identify and address quality issues in real time.
- Execute final inspections of finished products before shipment to verify compliance with quality requirements.
- Document inspection results, maintain detailed records, and generate quality reports.
- Work with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions based on inspection findings.
- Assist in the development and improvement of inspection procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor and reduce customer complaints related to quality defects through rigorous inspection and process control.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a QC Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to inspection tasks.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Batu Gajah, Perak.
