Tanggung Jawab
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials and finished goods.
- Conduct routine quality checks at various stages of the production line to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Document inspection results accurately in quality logs and reporting systems.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products to the production supervisor.
- Assist in the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality standards.
- Support the team during internal and external quality audits.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent vocational certification.
- Previous experience in a QC/QA role within a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects.
- Basic understanding of measurement tools and quality inspection techniques.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Physically fit to perform standing tasks and manual inspections.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity in maintaining quality standards.
