Star Plastics Industrial Co. is currently seeking a diligent and meticulous QC Inspector to join our manufacturing facility in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our plastic products meet the highest industry standards before they reach our customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic visual and physical inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished plastic products.
- Ensure all products adhere to strict company specifications and customer quality requirements.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and structural integrity.
- Document inspection results clearly and accurately in daily QC logs and digital databases.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products to the production supervisor immediately.
- Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues that impact product quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the inspection area.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Certificate in a relevant technical or engineering field.
- Proven work experience as a Quality Control Inspector, preferably in a plastic manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect minute defects in products.
- Proficiency in using basic measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or product specifications.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and basic English for reporting purposes.
- Willingness to work on shifts and maintain physical stamina for warehouse/floor tasks.
- Disciplined, independent, and committed to meeting production deadlines.
