Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous inspections of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished packaging products to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformities using standard quality control procedures and tools.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to analyze root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inspection logs, reports, and records for quality metrics tracking.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements during inspections.
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance checks on inspection equipment to ensure accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a QC Inspector or in a similar manufacturing/production role is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect even minor defects or inconsistencies.
- Good knowledge of quality control standards, testing methodologies, and packaging processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adhere to strict schedules.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry, report generation, and communication.
