Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for manufacturing excellence? Chin Yuan Metal & M Stud Industries is currently seeking a diligent and proactive QC Inspector to join our production facility in Ulu Tiram, Johor. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect from our metal and stud products.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials and finished goods meet rigorous internal and industrial specifications. You will utilize your technical knowledge to identify defects, perform detailed inspections, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly. We are looking for an individual who is methodical, observant, and committed to upholding safety and quality protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform dimensional checks and visual inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Document all inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive quality records.
- Identify, segregate, and report any non-conforming products or production defects to the QC Supervisor.
- Collaborate with the production department to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Ensure that all production activities comply with company safety guidelines and ISO standards.
- Monitor and test production batches to ensure consistency throughout the manufacturing process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a QC/QA role within the metal manufacturing or heavy industry sector.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and identifying defects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; basic computer literacy is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a production floor environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required by production schedules.
