Join FEPA as a QC Inspector and play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to excellence in manufacturing quality. You will monitor compliance with ISO standards and other quality management systems, identifying and addressing any deviations to prevent potential defects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor and enforce compliance with ISO standards and other relevant quality management systems
- Document and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformities using established quality control systems
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, inspections, and findings
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards
- Use specialized tools and equipment to perform precise quality checks and measurements
- Identify trends in quality data and recommend preventive measures to reduce defects
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using quality control tools, measurement instruments, and inspection equipment
- Good communication skills for effectively reporting issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production techniques
