In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our high standards of product quality, ensuring every item that leaves our facility meets both internal benchmarks and customer expectations.
As a QC Inspector, you will be the final line of defense against defects, responsible for identifying deviations in the production process and implementing immediate corrective actions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report defects or deviations in product quality immediately to production supervisors.
- Implement and monitor corrective actions to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all inspection activities and quality reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and export industry quality standards.
- Perform periodic calibration checks on testing and measuring equipment.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or export environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in using standard inspection tools and measurement equipment.
- Basic knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills to report findings effectively to management and production staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently under production deadlines.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
