Golden Fresh, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is looking for a dedicated QC Inspector to join our team in Butterworth, Penang. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards by ensuring that all production processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and strict product specifications.
As our QC Inspector, you will work closely with production teams to monitor output, identify potential non-conformities, and implement corrective actions. You will be the first line of defense in ensuring that our products reach our customers in premium condition. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and internal quality standards.
- Perform regular sensory and physical checks to verify product consistency against specifications.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive quality reports.
- Identify and report non-conformance issues immediately to the production supervisor.
- Support the team in conducting root cause analysis for quality deviations.
- Ensure that all hygiene and safety protocols are strictly followed on the production floor.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Food Science, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a QC/QA role within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- In-depth understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical product specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong observational skills and the ability to detect defects in high-paced environments.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work on shifts and maintain physical stamina for floor operations.
