In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire quality assurance lifecycle, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets rigorous industry standards and client specifications. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting thorough inspections of incoming raw materials, monitoring in-process production lines to identify deviations, and verifying the quality of finished goods. You will be responsible for documenting inspection findings, reporting non-conformities, and collaborating closely with production teams to implement corrective actions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Monitor production lines to identify deviations from engineering specifications and safety standards.
- Document inspection results and accurately log non-conformities into the quality management system.
- Report quality issues to the Production Manager and assist in root cause analysis.
- Ensure all finished goods meet customer requirements before packaging and shipment.
- Collaborate with production staff to implement corrective measures and improve quality processes.
- Perform calibration checks on measurement tools and equipment as required.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect even minor defects.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid Malaysian employment pass or work permit.
