As a QC Inspector at Baseera Engineering, you will play a critical role in our production cycle. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and final products to identify defects and ensure strict compliance with client specifications and international quality management systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality control inspections on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Identify, document, and report any defects, deviations, or non-conformities accurately using inspection logs.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with established quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform calibrations and tests using precision measuring instruments, gauges, and testing equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results and participate in quality improvement meetings.
- Adhere to all company housekeeping standards and safety protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) working as a QC Inspector or in a similar role within the manufacturing or transport & logistics sector.
- Familiarity with quality assurance standards such as ISO 9001 and good knowledge of inspection techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect even minor imperfections.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools, gauges, and inspection software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site visits.
