Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise dimensional inspections of manufactured parts using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- Interpret complex engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications.
- Document inspection results accurately in quality reports and maintain traceability records.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming products to the production team.
- Operate and maintain CMM equipment, ensuring calibration standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Perform regular housekeeping and safety checks within the QC laboratory environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a CMM Inspector or in a precision QC role.
- Strong proficiency in operating CMM software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications accurately.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to commit to a 5-day office hour work schedule.
