Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify, document, and report quality issues and non-conformities
- Perform quality control tests using various measuring instruments and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and quality control activities
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in quality control is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in manufacturing
- Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to work night shifts and overtime as required
