You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our operational integrity by performing rigorous inspections, supervising staff to uphold SOPs, and managing essential documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished food products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce strict hygiene and sanitation protocols throughout the production floor.
- Supervise production staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control documentation, including inspection logs and non-conformity reports.
- Identify, document, and report any quality deviations or potential food safety hazards immediately.
- Conduct regular training sessions for production personnel regarding food handling and quality best practices.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Food Safety role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, or GMP).
- Proven ability to supervise teams and influence workplace behavior regarding hygiene standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks with high accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office suite for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and commit to required shift patterns.
