Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods against established quality standards.
- Document inspection results accurately, noting any deviations or non-conformances in the quality management system.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Operate precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations within the production facility.
- Perform regular equipment calibration checks to maintain accuracy in testing processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality output.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or product specifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
