Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct visual and mechanical inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform regular calibration and maintenance checks on measurement tools and testing equipment.
- Document inspection results accurately in quality logs and reporting systems.
- Identify, isolate, and report any non-conforming products or production defects to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in troubleshooting production quality issues and support root cause analysis processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station in accordance with 5S methodology and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with production teams to uphold high manufacturing standards and workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Nitec, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or quality control environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle visual defects.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Good proficiency in basic documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting daily production targets.
