Working Conditions

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor production processes during the night shift to identify and rectify deviations from quality parameters.
- Document inspection results accurately, maintain detailed quality records, and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials and coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Utilize measurement tools and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, gauges, micrometers) to verify product dimensions and attributes.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues and improve process efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a QC Inspector in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP).
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and interpreting technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for documentation and reporting.
- Willing and able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
