As a QC Inspector / Operator, you will be responsible for performing thorough quality checks on finished goods before packaging and delivery. Your primary role ensures that all products meet the required specifications and quality standards, thereby maintaining our client’s reputation for excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform quality inspection on finished goods against predefined criteria to ensure conformity.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and deviations, and report them to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation for traceability and quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements.
- Assist in packaging and labeling processes when required to meet production deadlines.
- Support the production team by providing constructive feedback on recurring quality issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in quality control inspection or a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential – training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills to detect subtle defects.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and under minimal supervision.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for reporting and team collaboration.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks in a production setting.
- Willingness to work shifts (if required) and adapt to changing production schedules.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation and data entry.
- Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
