Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards and specifications.
- Document and report all quality findings, including non-conformance reports.
- Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with industrial safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent defects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or College degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a QC Inspector or in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle product defects.
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles and technical documentation.
- Good communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules if required by production demands.
- High level of integrity and commitment to organizational quality standards.
- Willingness to undergo training and potential international travel to Japan.
