Finelab Cosmeceuticals Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated QC Inspector to join our growing production facility in Puchong. As a QC Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our cosmetic products meet the highest industry standards for safety, efficacy, and aesthetic quality.
In this position, you will be the final line of defense, monitoring raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, packaging components, and finished cosmetic products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Perform regular on-line quality checks during the production process to identify and rectify deviations immediately.
- Maintain accurate and detailed quality inspection records, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Monitor the production environment to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to address quality issues and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collect and manage retention samples for future reference and stability testing.
- Ensure all laboratory equipment and measuring tools are calibrated and in good working condition.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably within the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ISO standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle defects.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic data entry for record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively within a team.
- Must be willing to work based on production schedules in the Puchong area.
