Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections of raw materials and finished goods.
- Perform daily quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Document all test results, inspection data, and defect reports accurately in the tracking system.
- Coordinate with production teams to address quality issues and prevent recurrence of defects.
- Use precision measuring tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and specifications.
- Monitor the production line to ensure adherence to safety and quality standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the inspection area.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma, Vocational course, or any Engineering-related degree.
- Proven work experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, testing methodologies, and inspection techniques.
- Proficiency in using measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle product defects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time, fast-paced manufacturing setting.
