Halagel is seeking a diligent and motivated QC Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. In this role, you will play a critical part in our production lifecycle, ensuring that all goods meet our rigorous quality requirements and safety protocols before reaching our customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough visual and physical inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Ensure all production activities adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Document inspection results accurately, maintaining detailed records and quality logs.
- Identify, report, and isolate non-conforming products or production deviations immediately.
- Monitor production line equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurring defects.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle product defects.
- Good command of Malay and/or English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, shift-based production environment.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems and safety practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly disciplined work ethic.
