Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive on-site QA/QC inspections for railway and transport infrastructure projects.
- Ensure all works strictly adhere to technical specifications, project drawings, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and document quality performance, raising non-conformance reports where necessary.
- Collaborate with contractors and site engineers to resolve technical quality issues promptly.
- Perform regular material testing and validation to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to review inspection schedules and project progress.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection findings for compliance reporting.
- Participate in shift rotations to support continuous project workflows and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably within the rail, construction, or transport sectors.
- Strong knowledge of local rail infrastructure standards and safety regulations (WSH).
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with diverse project teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to commit to shift work duties.
- Relevant certification in Quality Management or NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) is a significant advantage.
