Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and non-routine quality control inspections on semiconductor components and finished products to ensure they meet strict technical specifications.
- Monitor production processes and assembly lines to identify defects, anomalies, or deviations from established quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring equipment and testing instruments (e.g., microscopes, calipers) to collect accurate data.
- Document inspection results, maintain accurate records of non-conformities, and participate in root cause analysis meetings.
- Collaborate with production engineers and floor supervisors to implement corrective actions and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and environmental health and safety regulations on the production floor.
- Ensure all quality documentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevant industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a similar role within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing sector.
- Relevant technical certification (e.g., IPC-A-610, J-STD) is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect minute defects under varying lighting and magnification conditions.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite) and experience with ERP systems or data logging tools.
- Willingness to work in a 5-day work week with shift rotation (day/night shifts).
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident status is preferred for this position.
