Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing goods, materials, and equipment related to transport operations.
- Verify compliance with established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Inspect and cross-reference documentation such as delivery orders, manifests, and certifications for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify, document, and report any defects, non-conformities, or discrepancies found during inspections.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, warehousing, and operations teams to address quality issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, generating comprehensive reports for management.
- Participate in root cause analysis for quality failures and contribute to the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Quality Control Inspector, preferably within the transport, logistics, or manufacturing industry.
- Solid understanding of quality control methodologies, standards, and inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and basic measurement equipment.
- Strong computer literacy, especially with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and collaboration.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
