Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Identify, document, and report quality issues or non-conformities
- Operate and maintain quality control equipment and measuring instruments
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area, including cleanroom environments when required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in quality control or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in quality inspection, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with quality control tools, techniques, and standards (e.g., ISO, GMP)
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation
- Proficiency in using quality control equipment and measuring instruments
- Good communication skills and ability to document findings accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
