Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise daily laboratory operations and QC testing activities
- Implement and maintain ISO 17025 compliance and quality assurance protocols
- Lead calibration, validation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Develop and execute SOPs for testing procedures and documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Conduct staff training on safety protocols and best practices
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports for stakeholder review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field
- Minimum 5 years QC laboratory experience with 2+ years in management
- ISO 17025 Lead Auditor certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of GMP/GLP standards and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in team leadership and staff development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in laboratory information management systems
