Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of quality control technicians in daily inspection activities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and quality assurance systems
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Train team members on quality control techniques and standards
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues
- Prepare quality reports and documentation for management review
- Stay updated on industry quality standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Quality Control in a manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership or team handling experience
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in quality control tools and software
- Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
