Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors across all production stages
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality inspection protocols for materials, in-process production, and final products
- Ensure accurate testing, calibration, and maintenance of quality control equipment
- Conduct regular quality audits to verify compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality control documentation and reports
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes
- Train and mentor quality control staff on best practices and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, standards, and regulations
- Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in quality control software and tools
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
