As our QC Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our high-precision components meet the stringent standards required by our global clients. You will be responsible for overseeing inspection workflows, maintaining calibration standards, and leading our QC technicians to achieve zero-defect performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the Quality Control department to ensure adherence to company quality standards.
- Perform complex dimensional inspections using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and Keyence vision systems.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inspection processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conforming products.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior QC technicians on measurement equipment and inspection techniques.
- Ensure all measurement equipment is properly calibrated and maintained according to schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a QC leadership or senior inspection role within a precision engineering environment.
- Hands-on proficiency with CMM programming (e.g., PC-DMIS) and Keyence instant measurement systems.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprint reading.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Ayer Keroh.
