Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine monitoring and preventive maintenance of QC laboratory instruments and analytical machinery.
- Perform timely troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical repairs to ensure continuous lab operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address infrastructure and building facility maintenance requirements.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and calibration records in compliance with GMP and internal quality standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors for specialized equipment service.
- Implement and oversee safety protocols within the laboratory to ensure a secure working environment.
- Proactively identify potential equipment failures and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in laboratory equipment maintenance or facility maintenance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, circuit diagrams, and troubleshooting complex mechanical/electronic systems.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and laboratory safety standards.
- Good analytical skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team under tight production schedules.
- Willing to be stationed in Tangerang, Banten.
