Are you a results-driven Quality Control professional ready to lead a dynamic team? ACP Metal Finishing is currently seeking an experienced QC Manager to oversee our quality assurance operations in Joo Koon.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the daily quality control activities and leading a team of QC Engineers and Inspectors. You will ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory safety compliance. We are looking for a strategic leader who can drive continuous improvement, analyze quality data effectively, and implement robust corrective actions to minimize defects. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily QC activities and coordinate inspection schedules effectively.
- Supervise and mentor QC Engineers and Inspectors, providing training and performance feedback.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory safety standards and internal quality protocols.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to reduce defect rates.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues in real-time.
- Maintain accurate quality records, test reports, and documentation for management audits.
- Implement and maintain ISO quality management systems and perform regular audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a QC Manager role within the metal finishing or manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and relevant safety regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using quality inspection tools, measurement equipment, and ERP software.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
