Roket Jaya Abadi is a leading construction firm committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced QC MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that all MEP installations adhere to the highest industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site quality control activities, conducting rigorous inspections, and managing technical documentation. We are looking for a professional with a sharp eye for detail who can bridge the gap between technical design and site execution, ensuring our projects are delivered flawlessly and efficiently.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections of MEP installations to ensure compliance with design drawings and technical specifications.
- Perform quality testing for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to verify functionality and performance.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety standards and building codes during the construction process.
- Manage and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, material approval requests, and non-conformance reports.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site supervisors to address and resolve technical discrepancies or quality issues immediately.
- Review project shop drawings and technical submittals to ensure they meet project requirements.
- Prepare progress reports and quality audit summaries for the Project Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in QC MEP for construction projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, CAD drawings, and MEP schematics.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating effectively with site teams and external stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining strict quality standards on site.
