Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections and testing of raw materials and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Document all quality control activities and maintain accurate, detailed inspection reports.
- Identify, record, and report non-conformities and defects promptly to the production supervisor.
- Support compliance audits and ensure the facility follows all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes of defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements and reliable data.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing workflows and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and industrial inspection standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive testing tasks with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry software for reporting purposes.
- Strong communication skills, capable of providing clear and objective feedback to production staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet production deadlines.
- Relevant certification in Quality Control or ISO standards is a distinct advantage.
