As a QC Officer, you will be at the forefront of our quality control operations. Your primary mission will be to ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the strictest quality standards. You will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods. By identifying non-conformities and working proactively with the production department, you will help drive continuous improvement, minimize waste, and enhance operational efficiency. Your keen eye for detail and analytical mindset will be crucial in troubleshooting quality issues and implementing robust corrective and preventive actions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and ad-hoc quality inspections on in-process parts and finished goods in the manufacturing department.
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards, specifications, and ISO procedures.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities, defects, and quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot quality problems and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate and organized inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality failures and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in internal quality audits and assist in maintaining the quality management system.
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a manufacturing quality control role.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the plastic injection molding industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, 8D, and PDCA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
- Must be willing to work and relocate to Perak.
