Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspections on production lines to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate production machinery in accordance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production output to identify, troubleshoot, and report any defects or deviations immediately.
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and quality check documentation throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely preparation and packaging of finished goods.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workstation following 5S principles.
- Assist in routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment remains in optimal working condition.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or quality control role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in product quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a standing position for the duration of the shift.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols in a warehouse or factory setting.
- A disciplined approach to following strict production timelines and safety regulations.
- Willingness to work in the North Region and adapt to assigned shift schedules.
