As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets our high standards for taste, texture, and hygiene.
In this role, you will be the final line of defense, monitoring production processes and evaluating raw materials to guarantee compliance with stringent food safety and industry regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, packaging, and finished ice cream products.
- Monitor production line processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine quality tests such as temperature checks, weight verification, and sensory evaluation.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or potential safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with HACCP and GMP standards.
- Collect and label product samples for laboratory testing and record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues and improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Prior experience in a Quality Control or production role within the F&B or manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in production.
- Basic understanding of food safety guidelines and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to shift schedules.
- Good communication skills in Malay or English.
- Physically fit to perform tasks required on the production floor.
