Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality control and team leadership? We are seeking an experienced QC Packing Supervisor to join our growing team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily packing operations, ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality standards before shipment to our clients. You will be responsible for managing a team of packers, conducting thorough quality checks, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and reduce waste.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily packing operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on finished products and packaging materials.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of packing staff to meet production targets.
- Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch.
- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for packing and quality assurance.
- Address and resolve quality issues immediately to minimize product defects and returns.
- Report production metrics and performance data to management on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar QC or Packing Supervisor role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and packing techniques.
- Proficiency in using production monitoring software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid ID card and willingness to work in Tangerang, Banten.
