Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform laboratory testing and sensory evaluations for flavor and fragrance samples.
- Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and SOPs.
- Manage non-conformance reporting and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality deviations.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor environmental and hygiene standards within the manufacturing facility.
- Assist in internal and external audits to maintain industry certifications.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a QC/QA role within a manufacturing environment (F&B or Fragrance experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using laboratory testing equipment.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data recording and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across different departments.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
