We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QC/QA Inspector to join the MKFF LaserTeknique International team. This is a critical role in our manufacturing operations, where you will be responsible for safeguarding the integrity of our products. You will oversee the inspection of incoming raw materials, monitor in-process components, and conduct rigorous final product testing to ensure all deliverables meet our strict quality benchmarks and client specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Document inspection results accurately and generate non-conformance reports (NCR) when deviations are found.
- Collaborate closely with production staff to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with established safety and quality standards.
- Review and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
- Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control or inspection role.
- Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
