Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough visual and mechanical inspections of server components and data center hardware.
- Document all quality findings accurately using our internal reporting software.
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot assembly issues.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and manufacturing ISO standards.
- Conduct routine calibration of testing equipment to ensure accurate results.
- Identify, isolate, and log defective products to prevent production bottlenecks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a QC/QA role within a manufacturing or technical environment preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, or assembly guides.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to commit to a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with MS Office or warehouse management systems.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report issues to engineering leads.
