Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive QA/QC systems for all kitchen operations and service standards
  • Conduct regular audits of food handling, storage, preparation, and presentation protocols
  • Train and mentor staff on food safety procedures, hygiene standards, and quality benchmarks
  • Investigate quality discrepancies and implement corrective actions with root cause analysis
  • Ensure compliance with local health regulations, HACCP principles, and company standards
  • Collaborate with suppliers to verify raw material quality and traceability
  • Generate quality reports and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and food safety

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of QA/QC management experience in F&B/hospitality sector
  • Advanced certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent food safety standards
  • Proven track record in implementing quality control systems in high-volume kitchens
  • Expert knowledge of Indonesian food safety regulations and international standards
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience training cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in quality management software
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
