Min Aik Technology is currently seeking dedicated QC professionals at the Senior Engineer, Engineer, and Assistant Engineer levels to join our manufacturing facility in Masjid Tanah, Melaka. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end quality inspection process, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize defects. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QC plans to ensure total product compliance.
- Execute systematic inspection activities according to the established quality schedule.
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformance issues and implement effective corrective actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring all manufacturing processes adhere to environmental and safety protocols.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to troubleshoot quality bottlenecks.
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages to maintain high output standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior quality staff and production operators.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a QC/QA role within a manufacturing environment (experience level dependent on target position).
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and 7 QC Tools.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., CMM, Calipers, Micrometers).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight production deadlines.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental quality compliance.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
