We are a leading Precision Engineering company located in Ang Mo Kio seeking a skilled QC Specialist (CMM) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products meet the highest industry standards through rigorous quality control measures. We offer a competitive salary package of up to $5,000, 5 days of office hours, and a stable working environment.
As a QC Specialist, you will be responsible for the precise inspection of manufactured components using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to identify deviations, rectify defects, and maintain our reputation for excellence in the manufacturing sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform precise dimensional inspections.
- Analyze inspection data and compare results against engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
- Identify non-conformities and initiate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection reports and quality logs.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and improve processes.
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance checks on inspection equipment.
- Ensure all quality control procedures comply with ISO standards and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a QC Specialist or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with CMM software and equipment (e.g., Brown & Sharpe, Zeiss, Mitutoyo).
- Good understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy (ERP systems, MS Office).
