Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate desk collection calls to ensure compliance with company SOPs and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular quality audits on account documentation and collection activities to identify performance gaps.
- Provide actionable feedback to the collection team to improve call handling techniques and operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality assurance reports for management review.
- Identify and escalate potential compliance risks or process deviations observed during quality checks.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to implement process improvements based on audit findings.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security in all operational activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree from any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Debt Collection roles within the fintech or banking industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Deep understanding of OJK regulations regarding consumer protection and collection practices.
