Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct quality control inspections of incoming goods to verify specifications and damage-free delivery
- Manage efficient storage organization with proper labeling and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols
- Coordinate packing and scheduling of deliveries to meet retail distribution timelines
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and WMS updates
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damages, and shipment irregularities
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and operational procedures
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to optimize inventory turnover
- Generate daily inventory reports and operational performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with 1-2 years warehouse/logistics experience
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail with documentation skills
- Physical capability to handle merchandise and operate warehouse equipment
- Basic knowledge of quality control standards and inventory best practices
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
- Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal departments
- Valid forklift operation certification preferred
