In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our production processes, ensuring that every output meets our rigorous engineering and safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor all quality control operations to ensure compliance with metal fabrication standards and project specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the QC team, providing clear direction and regular performance feedback.
- Develop, document, and implement comprehensive SOPs for inspection processes from raw material intake to final product delivery.
- Conduct regular audits of production lines to identify bottlenecks, non-conformance issues, and safety hazards.
- Analyze quality data and production reports to drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate closely with the production and engineering teams to resolve technical quality concerns and minimize scrap rates.
- Maintain all testing equipment and ensure calibration records are up-to-date and audit-ready.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, preferably within a metal fabrication or heavy manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards, blueprint reading, and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams and handle conflict resolution effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and cross-departmental coordination.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, newly established business environment requiring agility and problem-solving skills.
