Ichor Systems, a global leader in critical fluid delivery subsystems for the semiconductor industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced QC Supervisor to lead our quality inspection team in the North Region.
In this key role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the inspection department. You will lead, mentor, and train a team of inspectors and technicians, fostering a culture of precision and continuous improvement. Your primary mission will be to drive defect reduction, manage compliance with our Quality Management System (ISO 9001), and ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
As the QC Supervisor, you will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to solve root cause quality issues, implement corrective actions (CAPA), and optimize inspection processes. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to serve our customers with zero-defect products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of QC Inspectors and Technicians to achieve quality goals.
- Manage daily inspection operations for incoming, in-process, and final quality assurance.
- Drive defect reduction and continuous improvement initiatives using Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, SPC, and FMEA.
- Oversee the Non-Conformance (MRB) process and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards and improve manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain inspection procedures, documentation, and quality records.
- Prepare and present quality metrics and KPI reports to site leadership.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and support internal/external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of quality control experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001/AS9100).
- Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience with metrology equipment (CMM, Vision Systems, Calipers, Micrometers).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
