Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate quality control activities to ensure products meet established standards
- Lead and mentor a team of quality control inspectors and technicians
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection methods
- Conduct regular quality audits and prepare detailed reports on findings
- Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues
- Train staff on quality standards, testing procedures, and equipment operation
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control/supervision role
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards)
- Experience leading and developing teams in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in quality control software and data analysis tools
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE) is an advantage
